The marketing package provided was excellent value, the commincation methods and frequency was very good and Lee genuinely cared about us as vendors. When I let Lee know that we would be using Spacefully Yours to stage the property, he took over the communication and directly dealt with them. The photographers used were not only lovely to deal with but did an amazing job putting together all of the photos and videos of the property and really highlighted the beauty in the property. We had to delay the sale of the property by a few weeks due to personal reasons however Lee reacted very well to this and made everything so much easier.
