Nigel spent over three decades in the police force, serving in the UK and New Zealand, finishing his UK career as a detective sergeant. It was in 2006 that a call to New Zealand saw him, his wife, and their children relocate. They built a home on a quiet Oropi street and set up life in the beautiful Bay of Plenty.

While his uniform has changed, the meaningful community work is not too dissimilar from doing real estate. It centres on emotional intelligence, listening, and communicating, all the skills that build trust and friendship and deliver results.
