Beth Dawson

A life skill is never sharpened on one stone, but on many. While Beth has refined herself on many of life's defining moments, one notable virtue has emerged from it all: her conviction that people should always come first. For Beth, that looks like giving trusted advice and putting every effort into a property because "each home is someone's castle."

Though her experience and results say otherwise, she's no salesperson. Beth is a people person. "I have a lot of empathy for people” she admits. Her empathy has been a moral compass in real estate ever since starting nearly a decade ago. Coincidently, it's what aligns her with The Northern Group, whose mantra is, "Find your true north in property." 

Beth's journey into real estate sparked with her homebuying experiences. Knowing she could elevate the process for others, and at a time in her medical career when she had reached the ceiling, she made the move. Fast forward, and her amassed knowledge and energy now deliver over and above to achieve success for the residents she helps. 

TNG co-workers renamed Beth "Miss Sunshine" as an apt reflection of her positive outlook. Even in the face of a challenge, Beth pushes back with optimism. It's the same case outside of work, taking on a beloved villa-home project to leave behind a legacy for her family. Doing life in Papamoa for some 20 years positions Beth as one the most in-touch property professionals to call on.
