Puts your mind at ease.

Matt represented the vendor during the purchase of our first home. After 12 open homes in one weekend- Matt’s honesty, openness and relaxed attitude were an absolute breath of fresh air. He was always prompt and courteous with communications, and went above and beyond to keep us informed of details and proceedings. He truly took the stress out of as much of the experience as he could. Friendly, down to earth, and relaxed. We never once felt like he was trying to pull the wool over our eyes- which we had felt potently from several other agents. We cannot recommend him enough.

Matt turned up on time and prepared. He had all the info in a folder which he presented to us. He and his PA kept us informed and in the loop at all times. Nothing was a problem. If you want results get this guy.

Matt was incredibly helpful in our property journey.

Matt listened to what we needed and what worked for our family without pressure. He asked questions about our family to understand what our needs were and only showed us houses that did actually meet our criteria. He was supportive the whole way through the process and nothing was a hassle to get sorted right from arranging pre-purchase specialist inspection times to hand over of keys. Matt made the process as simple as possible and always with a smile and a good joke. I would highly recommend Matt to buyers or sellers.
